Small Packets
The Prepaid Rate of Postage on Pattern and Sample Packets

Not Exceeding Two (2) Ounce in Weight	$0.25c
For Every Additional Ounce or Fraction of Two Ounces	$0.15c
Literature for the Blind	No Charge

Parcels
The Rates of Postage to be charged on parcels shall be as follows

Parcels Not Exceeding One (1) Pound	$1.50c
Every Additional One (1) Pound or Fraction of a Pound	$0.60c

Parcels of books transmitted within Saint Lucia by post to the Chief Librarian of the Saint Lucia Central Library, to or from subscribers, the following reduced rates of postage shall be payable:

Not Exceeding Three (3) Pounds in Weight	$0.50c
For Every Additional One (1) Pound over and above 3 Pounds and not Exceeding  30 Pounds	$0.30c
